  • 400 gram Ground Beef
  • 8 Lasagna Noodles
  • 200 gram Ricotta Cheese
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 400 gram Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook Noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, lay them out flat on a clean surface.

  3. Prepare Filling:

    • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the lean ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
    • In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef with ricotta cheese and chopped spinach. Mix well to create a flavorful filling.
  4. Assemble Rolls:

    • Spoon the beef and spinach mixture evenly onto each lasagna noodle.
    • Carefully roll each noodle into a compact roll, securing the seam side down.
  5. Top with Sauce and Cheese:

    • In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce.
    • Place the rolled lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, seam side down.
    • Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the rolled noodles, ensuring they are well-covered.
    • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
  6. Bake:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the rolls are heated through, and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve:

    • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
