  • 400 gram Chicken Breast
  • 150 gram Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 400 gram Tomatoes
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Red Chili Pepper Flakes
  • Basil

  1. Cook the Whole Wheat Pasta:

    • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
    • Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
    • Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Thinly Sliced Chicken:

    • In a large pan, heat a bit of olive oil over medium-high heat.
    • Add thinly sliced chicken to the pan and sauté until fully cooked and lightly browned on the edges.
  3. Infuse with Garlic and Red Chili Flakes:

    • Lower the heat to medium.
    • Add minced garlic and red chili flakes to the chicken, stirring continuously for about a minute until the garlic becomes fragrant.
  4. Simmer with Canned Diced Tomatoes:

    • Pour in the canned diced tomatoes, including the juice, into the pan.
    • Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, allowing the flavors to meld for a few minutes.
  5. Combine Pasta with Chicken and Tomato Sauce:

    • Add the cooked whole wheat pasta to the pan, tossing it with the chicken and tomato sauce until well combined.
    • Ensure the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce and heated through.
  6. Garnish with Fresh Basil:
